Registration fee includes: Welcome Reception on Monday, entrance to Partner Pavilion, attendance at all G-Force sessions (tracks and general sessions), all meals on Tuesday, and all meals except dinner on Wednesday.

Conference Hotel Information

G-Force 2006 will be held at The Mirage Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. The hotel is located on the famous Strip in the heart of the city where shows, casinos, entertainment and nightlife can be found anywhere and at any time. The hotel features a 20,000 saltwater aquarium behind the front desk, a tropical rainforest just inside the lobby entrance and the Secret Garden Dolphin Habitat that houses Atlantic bottlenose dolphins. Pack your bags and get ready for plenty of excitement, learning and action. Remember—this city's motto is "What happens in Las Vegas, stays in Las Vegas."

Hotel Information

At this time, special G-Force conference rates are no longer available since the Mirage Hotel & Casino is booked to capacity. Please be prepared to make your own hotel reservations in Las Vegas. There are still a few rooms available at Treasure Island at a higher rate if you wish to book a room directly with the hotel.

NOTE: Most Las Vegas hotels expect to be close to capacity or sold out over G-Force 2006 so book your reservations as soon as possible to be sure not to miss an opportunity to learn how to optimize your contact center!

Conference delegates are responsible for their hotel room costs. Rooms and program rates at the Mirage or Treasure Island hotels are subject to availability for pre and post-conference dates. Please note both hotels' cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Reservations that are canceled at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date are fully refundable and will not incur a cancellation charge.
  • Reservations that are canceled within 48 hours of the arrival date will be charged a cancellation penalty equal to one night's room and tax.

Travel Information

Conference attendees are responsible for making their own airline reservations and transportation arrangements. Please contact your local travel agent or the airline of your choice to secure airline reservations.

The conference hotels are 10 minutes from Las Vegas McCarran International Airport.

Airport Transportation

Taxi service is available from Las Vegas McCarran International Airport. A taxi from the Las Vegas airport to the hotel costs approximately $15–20 USD (plus tip).

Shuttle service is also available via Bell-Trans at a cost of $5 per person 1-way or $9.50 per person roundtrip. For transportation from the airport, you may purchase a shuttle ticket at the Bell-Trans desk located by door #10 outside of the baggage claim area. The Bell-Trans desk is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to midnight and shuttles run every 15 minutes, servicing all hotels along the Strip. For shuttle service back to the airport, Bell-Trans recommends that you make reservations by calling 702-739-7990 at least 24-hours in advance.

Car Rental

Rental car desks are available at the Las Vegas airport. If you wish to make a car reservation, please contact your preferred rental company directly. Parking at both hotels is complimentary.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations e-mailed to gforcelv2006@genesysevents.com on or before May 1, 2006 will be refunded registration fees less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds of any conference fees will be issued for cancellations made after May 1, 2006.

Please note The Mirage Hotel & Casino and Treasure Island's cancellation policy is as follows:

Japanese Translation Services
